"This hotel looked like it needs some refurbishing but it does have a strong point in that it right on Lake Van. I had a few issues during my stay but were resolved immediately. The room I was first given smelled of drainage pipes so they immediately gave me another. In the evening, I realised my hair dryer was broken. They immediately sent someone to fix it. The next day, the water from my toilet no longer worked. They sent someone to fix it immediately while I had breakfast. They are very quick to solve any problems. I loved the breakfast, so much variety. And I am grateful that they let me have my room a bit earlier which many hotel won’t even if they could. The staff are great."

"Inside the bazaar, close from any needs. Very friendly staff, especially their manager, we had a few great convos. Only downside is the hotel doesn’t have their own private parking lot but there is a parking lot about 5mins walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was great."
